It's me... well, I've been pretty busy here, graduation preps are in full swing.
AJ got a new job as a bootcamp counselor here in Moonlight Falls. Have to say he looks good in his uniform, but I don't know if he's happy with the job. You never can tell with AJ though, his mood doesn't change really, or if it does change you can't tell on his face.
Sierra is, well, Sierra. That means she's wildly unpredictable. But hey, that's why I love her, lol. Anyway, she was attempting a dunk the other night when she fell on her bum and bruised her shin... just in time for basketball team tryouts.
Then there's Skylar. She thinks I don't know about her imaginary friend. She thinks mom and dad don't know. But they do. They haven't said anything yet.
I want them to be happy more than anything on earth.
I have to make a confession though. Just a small one, but probably something you'd never expect.
I'm completely hooked on "Vanderburg Squared." And the thing is, Sierra has been watching it with me and she claims she's 'over' the whole thing but I know otherwise. I don't watch much TV but I make an exception for that. Kay watches the show too.
The show is a guilty pleasure, I suppose. I'm almost embarrassed to admit I watch it.
Basically the show is about the twin Vanderburg princesses. They left Smuggsworth and are now young adults. I cried in the very first episode when their dad died. Bawled my eyes out. Then when the girls came back home and found him dead... oh I just completely lost it.
I had one very brief encounter with Prince Renauld. Very very brief. But I do remember it.
I can't even imagine if either mom or dad died. I think I'd probably die with them. Seriously.
